Dental EndoMaster: Upper Second Molar Update! 🦷🔬

We’ve just added seven new models of the maxillary second molar to Dental EndoMaster! 🚀 The second molar is more challenging than the first due to its variable root and canal anatomy, as well as its posterior position in the oral cavity, making access tricky.

This update brings real clinical diversity to your practice sessions, offering a range of anatomical variations commonly seen in the clinic. Plus, each tooth model is paired with pre-extraction X-rays and micro-CT scans, allowing you to refine your pre-op diagnosis and enhance your mental mapping skills. 🧠🦷

Meet Some of the New Cases! 🔍

🔹 C-Shaped Root
One of the newly added teeth features a C-shaped root, but interestingly, the canals are still separated into MB, DB, and P. Notably, the MB and P canals are connected by an isthmus. Understanding this before treatment can help you optimize your access cavity design and improve irrigation effectiveness.

🔹 Single Buccal Orifice Splitting into Three Canals
Check out the X-ray on this case! You’ll see a single buccal orifice that then splits into MB, MB2, and DB canals. Clinically, this could be a nightmare if unprepared! But with Dental EndoMaster, you can train on similar cases, making the real thing much easier to tackle. 😎

What’s Next?

Expect more fascinating cases in future updates! We're constantly adding real clinical complexities to make your training as realistic as possible.

Try the new models and let us know what you think! Your feedback shapes the future of Endo training. 🚀💡
